2. Is there a down payment?
No. You can finance up to 100% of PC amount.
3. What is the min/maximum loan amount and
loan period?

Min loan amount: LBP 1,200,000;

Min loan amount: LBP 1,500,000;

long? How do I repay it?
Monthly installments vary on amount of loan and period
of loan. Monthly payments for the entire loan period
done at any of 35 branches
of BLC Bank S.A.L.
5. How much is the interest rate for e-loan? What
are the processing fees?
Applied rate is 5.5% flat on loans offered in USD
and 6.5% flat on LBP. A processing fee of 1% of loan
amount, min USD 30 (equivalent in LBP) is applied
and paid upon granting the loan.

8. How do I qualify for e-loan?
You must be at least 21 and under 64 years of age
and have a minimum monthly gross income of at least
$400 (equivalent in LBP).
9. What is the process and how long after
I am approved will it take for me to receive delivery
of the computer system?
After you apply for e-loan either online or
through the available means (about E-LOAN)
your file will be processed by BLC Bank S.A.L. for
approval. You will receive emails from e-loan administrator
informing you of your e-loan status. Once your e-loan
is approved, you will receive an e-mail or telephone
call with further instructions. After finalizing your
payment schedule you will receive your computer in
2 days (or as decided by SETS).
10. How long does the approval process take?
e-loan process takes about 3 to 4 working days
from the date you apply till finalization of loan
schedule
11. How will I know I was approved?
You will be notified of your approval by a phone
call and an email from e-loan.
12. How can I make the process faster?
To make e-loan process faster, you will need to provide
the required documents as soon as you apply through
either of the available means.
13. How can I provide required documents?
You can forward required documents by scanning and
forwarding them online or through SETS dealers or
through one of the BLC Bank
S.A.L. branches.
14.How can I follow up to check my e-loan
status?

loan status.
15. What is e-loan Top Up loan option? How can I benefit?
If you are a regular payer, we can top up the loan
to the initial loan amount, exempt of file fees, after
12 months of the granting date for the purpose of
updating the PC.
